How This Millionaire Hacked His Body and Mind to Achieve Success
You can learn all the business knowledge in the world, but you won’t be able to use it without control over few key factors.
I’m talking about small changes that all of us can make in our body and way of thinking to make huge differences.
And this blog will cover these subtle changes that anyone who wants to build a successful business must make.
How it All Started
Recently, I went to a business seminar where I listened to many multi-million-dollar entrepreneurs from all over the world.
They shared multiple marketing, business, and mindset tips that you can use to achieve success!
And there was this one guy who stood out from the rest. He had the brightest smile ever. He spoke with everyone, and you could see that he was truly happy to be alive.
The first time I saw him was quite random — in the restroom, washing hands at the nearby sink.
He looked over to me and said, “Never in my life, I’ve seen so many tissues in one room.”
I thought to myself, “You haven’t seen my teenage brother’s bedroom…” but all I could say was, “Yeah, right?”
Shortly after that “meaningful” interraction, the event began, and he was the third speaker.
He stepped on stage, and through jokes and smiles, shared many mindset and body language principles that have helped him build and run multiple multi-million-dollar businesses.
So here they are…
Hack #1 — Smile
Have you heard the saying: “A warm smile will open all the doors”? But it goes way deeper than just seeming more approachable and friendly.
Knowing that business is all about making connections, taking benefits of a smile is unescapable.
And a smile can be a game-changer for many of us.
A smile also impacts your mood, so even when you feel sad, it can make you feel better and help you gather energy to breeze through the to-do list.
On top of this valuable fact, as little as a smile on your face can:
Reduces Stress — As it releases endorphins, which lower cortisol levels in your body and let you relax.
Boosts Immune System — A genuine smile makes you more resilient to illness.
Lowers Blood Pressure — When you smile and laugh, you significantly improve your cardiovascular health.
Elevates Mood — A smile promotes the release of dopamine and serotonin, which are natural mood boosters that combat anxiety and depression.
Promotes Positivity — Even a forced smile tricks your brain into thinking you are in a good mood, putting you in control of your emotions.
Improves Relationships — Smiling makes you seem more approachable, helping you connect and develop meaningful relationships with others.
Enhances Communication — People are more willing to talk to you if you greet them with a smile and keep it throughout the interaction.

Boosts Confidence — As smiling reduces anxiety and promotes more positive interactions with others, it’s inevitable that you will feel more confident with a warm smile, whether forced or genuine.
It’s crazy how a little smile can make such a positive difference for you in the long-term.
That shows how small things can make a big change. Begin with a smile, and the rest will follow.
But if you want to take it a step further and you are serious about achieving your goals, there is another simple body language hack that can help you.
Hack #2 — Posture
Have you ever looked at random people on the street and seen the difference in their posture?
Imagine that you see two guys walking next to each other. The first one is strolling with his back straight, shoulders back, and head high.
The other one next to him is slouched, head down, and even though he is not holding anything, his shoulders look rounded like he must carry 3 pianos to the top floor of Burj Khalifa.
Now tell me, which one do you think looks more confident, happy, and successful?
Definitely not the dude with 3 imaginary pianos.
The most confident of the two will be the graceful posture, shoulders back, and head-high man, which will be seen and felt by him and everybody else.
And you know what the best thing about it all is?
Even if you’ve got a tough day where you feel like the piano dude, you can instantly feel more confident and uplifted by simply fixing your posture.

This super-duper happy entrepreneur was talking about the key mindset that has helped him achieve success while building and running many high-performing companies.
And here you’ve got to pay attention to the words.
It is a mindset.
It’s not something that you do or think just occasionally. For it to work, you must turn it into your reality.
But don’t worry, it’s not difficult to begin this reality-shifting, because once you see the benefits it brings and have a clear picture of what to focus on, you will gladly welcome it into your life!
Now listen.
There are more than 8 billion people on this planet, and all of us are on a spectrum between two mindsets: fixed and growth.
Fixed mindset is when a person believes that talents and intelligence are a gift from birth, and you either have them or don’t. This mindset stops you from taking risks, makes you fall victim to fear, and limits your potential.
Growth mindset is quite the opposite. People with this way of thinking see challenges and problems as opportunities for growth and aim to develop themselves in any endeavor they choose. They don’t fixate on factors that hold them back; instead, they search for opportunities.
And as you read previously, all of us are on a spectrum of these two mindsets, where some fraction is oriented towards fixed and the other towards growth.
The beauty of it all is that we can all choose RIGHT NOW to pursue a growth-oriented mindset and watch our lives improve because of it.
But to know how to transform your way of thinking, you need to know what to focus on.
Now that you have a clear understanding of what it takes to develop a growth mindset, you start to pay attention to it in your daily life:
You look at challenges as opportunities to develop new skills and essentially become better.
You do not shy away from constructive criticism, instead you embrace it and let other people help you become greater at your skill.
Instead of aiming for a quick result, you think of the long game and make the most out of the process itself.
You don’t feel threatened or jealous of others’ success, instead you look at it, learn from it and look for ways how you can inspire from it.
Don’t be afraid to fail. Instead, you understand that failure is part of the process, and it is impossible to achieve success without failing at least once.
Even though humans are wired to seek the comfort zone, it is unchanging. But to grow, you need to change. Which means that you will have to face new challenges, try things you haven’t done before and feel uncomfortable.
Delete these phrases “Only if I was X…” “I could never do X…” and all the rest of the static excuses. Instead understand that anything can be achieved and learned with the right mindset and enough time.
Conclusions
As all the significant things in life, they do not happen over-night. So, look at these body language and mindset hacks as a long-term investment into yourself that will help you achieve anything you ever wanted!
Stay patient, remind yourself about them and understand that at the end of the day you are doing it for yourself.
If you choose to take advantage of these hacks, your future self will be extremely thankful.
